Q. How do I apply for a GoBank account?
A. Simply fill out the online application or you can do so in person at any SCSB Office location. You will be given a choice of accounts to open – and as a student, you will automatically receive the GoBank benefits.
Q. When will I receive my checks and debit card?
A. After we receive and process your new account, initial deposit and signature card, you should receive your debit/ATM card within a week. If you’d like to have a photo debit card, you’ll want to stop into any SCSB Office so we can snap a photo of you.
Q. What if my checkbook or debit card is lost or stolen?
A. Immediately call SCSB at 712.235.5112 and report it. There may be stop payments put on the check numbers that were stolen and your debit card may have to be hotcarded and a new one reordered.
